It is a game about tapping in time. These terms are short because there is not much to agree about.
Downloading Tap Tap Tempo from the App Store gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on the devices your Apple Account allows. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies, and where these terms and Apple's disagree, Apple's govern.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows you to regardless of what this page says.
Leaderboards are provided through Apple's Game Center and are meant for scores achieved by playing. Scores produced by modifying the app, automating input, or otherwise submitting numbers the game did not generate may be removed, and the account that submitted them may be excluded from the boards.
Being on a leaderboard is not a prize and carries no entitlement. The boards may be reset or retired — most likely if the game's balance changes enough that old scores stop being comparable to new ones.
The game is offered as it is. It should work; it is not promised to work perfectly, forever, or on every device, and it may be updated or withdrawn. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you — where those laws grant you guarantees, they apply whatever this page says.
To the extent the law permits, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms may change with future versions. The date below shows when they last did.
